Mark Perron, M.S., L.C.P.C.-Ext 19
“I've been privaledged to provide counseling and psychotherapy for the past 19 years and have learned a tremendous amount from my clients. It's my belief that our thoughts dictate how we respond to the world. If our thoughts are positive, we respond to our environment in a healthy way. How we think dictates how we behave and feel. Once we become aware of our thought patterns, we can restructure any undiserable thoughts resulting in healthier feelings and behaviors.
I specialize in treating anxiety disorders, PTSD, trauma related issues, substance abuse, anger issues, stress management, relationship issues, self-esteem issues, and athletic counseling with a focus on sports injuries.”
